Another note for the record that this update does not contain gfal2-plugin-mock. If someone has gfal2-plugin-mock-2.9.3-1 installed and tries to update, there will be dependency problems.
What's the plan for pushing this to release?
DMC-737 prevents CMS from proceeding with the switch from lcg-utils to gfal2.
