First one is easy, you should require python-configobj - there is no python2-configobj on rhel7.

rabbitvcs-nautilus unresolved deps: nautilus-python

There is no nautilus-python on rhel7.

rabbitvcs-thunar unresolved deps: thunarx-python

I guess you want to disable build of thunar sub-package on epel7.

so dependency problems...

Thanks for testing. Currently, rabbitvcs does not make much sense in rhel7/epel7, as it turns out now.
