This is a major update which makes server inaccessible for outside clients. "protected-mode" is yes by default, which means OP intervention is required. You should've changed the built-in default and supplied a default config file with "protected-mode yes" uncommented, so that if server has a modified config (common prod scenario), it would continue running as previously.

Sorry about that.

I didn't come across this issue in my testing, and believed it'd be a problem-free update resolving several vulnerabilities and bugs. Thanks for letting me know - in future I'll handle this kind of update differently.
