Start collecting and fixing bugzilla reports. This one fixes ipv6 for check_snmp

Grab other fixes from git maintenance branch to fix other check_ problems

Put in patch to fix check_file_age

This update has been submitted for testing by smooge.

check_http changes behavior, see also https://github.com/nagios-plugins/nagios-plugins/issues/236

there are also some more issues (incompatibilies to older releases) reported on GitHub regarding that release....it should not be pushed to stable imho...better waiting for 2.1.5...
