Update might work but you can't build this package on rhel7 which is not acceptable. Tests fail. See bug#1528580

I'm missing pip in 3.6.3-7.el7: i have installed:

python36.x86_64 3.6.3-7.el7 @epel-standard-x86_64
python36-devel.x86_64 3.6.3-7.el7 @epel-standard-x86_64
python36-libs.x86_64 3.6.3-7.el7 @epel-standard-x86_64
python36-tkinter.x86_64 3.6.3-7.el7 @epel-standard-x86_64
python36-tools.x86_64 3.6.3-7.el7 @epel-standard-x86_64

my pip-try:

# python3.6 -m pip install test
/bin/python3.6: No module named pip
# python36 -m pip install test
/bin/python36: No module named pip

is there any trick?
