Requirement js-jsquery-mousewheel is not available on epel7.
Bodhi is disabling automatic push to stable due to negative karma. The maintainer may push manually if they determine that the issue is not severe.
I am aware of the missing dependency. I filed a request in bugzilla to the maintainer - @bowlofeggs - for an EPEL 7 build a week ago: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1530650 - but I haven't had any reply yet.
