Tested python3-cheroot-8.5.2-1.el8.noarch from epel-testing with Ceph master (v17) updating from python3-cheroot-8.5.1-1.el8.noarch: Ceph-dashboard works ok and te issue (tested with ab -c100 -n1000 "https://localhost:11000/docs") is no longer reproducible.
