@carlwgeorge, this is impossible? The only issue I know of is that libebur128 is split in another update. The rest of those are stable updates in EPEL 9 itself.
I was accidentally testing with only epel-testing enabled, not the main epel repo. Now that I have that enabled, the xine-lib stuff installs, as does the movit stuff, but mlt is having issues.

Indeed, with libebur128-1.2.6-5.el9 installed the mlt packages install correctly.
