ldc 1.32.0 release, together with rebuilds of dependent packages and ldc1.30 compat package to avoid breaking the previous ABI.
This also switches ldc to use ld.gold instead of bfd by default, which avoids linking issues in gtkd, which in turn fixes tilix to no longer crash on startup.
Initial EPEL 9 builds of gtkd and tilix.
