I put this build on hold in testing. It will likely never go to stable.
The main reason to putting this into EPEL10 now is for dnf5. dnf5 has a pending PR that will make it compatible with sdbus-cpp v2, which is a breaking change. I want to try and wait so we can put sdbus-cpp v2 into EPEL10.
