I think all the missing dependencies have been taken care of now, so you can push this to stable when you're ready. Because we're after the point of the epel10.0 mass branching, this will only go to the EPEL 10.0 repo, not the new EPEL 10.1 repo. I can manually tag these builds forward to add them once they move to stable.
Now that this is moving to stable, I have tagged these builds for 10.1 too as described in this post. They will be included in the next 10.0 and 10.1 composes.

Bodhi is disabling automatic push to stable due to negative karma. The maintainer may push manually if they determine that the issue is not severe.

This is blocked by more than just
perl(Gtk3). The cdbs build that was added doesn't install either.It would probably be best to unpush this for now and take your time finding all the missing runtime dependencies.

debconf-gnome removed from debconf because we don't have perl-GTK3 package and I don't know if we'll ever have or want have it (perl-GTK3 on epel 10)
