clamav-1.4.3-1.el9 breaks rpminspect package
Problem 1: package librpminspect-2.0-1.el9.x86_64 from @System requires libclamav.so.11()(64bit), but none of the providers can be installed - cannot install both clamav-lib-1.4.3-1.el9.x86_64 from epel and clamav-lib-1.0.9-1.el9.x86_64 from @System - cannot install the best update candidate for package librpminspect-2.0-1.el9.x86_64 - cannot install the best update candidate for package clamav-lib-1.0.9-1.el9.x86_64
Rebuilding rpminspect to correct this.
FYI, when there's a libclamav soname bump, c-icap-modules also needs to be rebuilt. I've taken care of that in this update.
