ebranch check-update — two gates on the @testing comparison
path. Bodhi-alias input must have status "testing", and
@testing must report a subpackage NVR matching the update.
Pending updates with side tags now skip @testing entirely and
use the side tag, surfacing removed-subpackage cases like a
default-feature rename that the old check missed.
ebranch check-update — detects stale side-tag repodata. When
koji list-tagged carries an NVR that the side tag's repodata
hasn't rendered yet, the report opens with a banner listing
each stale source and points to the remedy: koji regen-repo
on the side tag followed by a rerun with --refresh.
sandogasa-fedrq — new Fedrq::subpkgs_nvrs(srpm) and
Fedrq::pkg_nvrs(name) returning Vec<(name, version, release)>
for the per-build V-R lookups.
hs-relmon — prune-tags and prune-manifest now untag builds
from a -testing tag once they appear in the sibling -release
tag, in addition to the existing keep-N retention rule.

sandogasa-report: history-based Koji activity reporting — walks koji list-history instead of diffing tag snapshots so transient adds and untags inside the reporting window are captured.
New poi-tracker triage-updates subcommand — raises the Bugzilla priority on release-monitoring bugs for inventoried packages to match an inventory-resolved Priority field. Companion poi-tracker config command stores the Bugzilla API key.
sandogasa-inventory: new Priority enum and per-package priority / per-workload default_priority fields, with Inventory::priority_for resolving per-package over workload defaults.
hs-relmon: new prune-tags and prune-manifest subcommands that untag old hyperscale builds keeping configurable counts per -release and -testing tag, with per-tag keep/untag breakdown and --skip support for prune-manifest. Implementation queries Koji listTagged per managed tag for speed (8 roundtrips vs thousands).
sandogasa-koji: new tag_history, parse_tag_history, and TagAddEvent additions used by the Koji history rewrite. untag_build (previously added) now also drives hs-relmon prune-tags.
sandogasa-github: User gained optional name and email fields used by the tag-matching heuristic in sandogasa-report's annotated-tag detection.
