New fesco-chair tool — FESCo meeting chair helper: agenda
announcement email built from the tracker (with parsed in-ticket
decisions and fesco/docs offers), day-of meetbot script, post-meeting
summary email; decisions persist from agenda to script via XDG state
ebranch check-update --submit — check a Koji side tag and, only when
it passes, submit it to Bodhi (notes via --notes/--notes-file), then
post the review comment with per-bug feedback
ebranch (breaking CLI) — check-crate expands unmet-version deps by
default (--exclude-unmet restores the old behavior); branch requests
no longer block the defunct EPELPackagersSIG tracker (--blocked is
explicit, and file-requests gains the flag too)
