I globbed over most of these package names and installed them in a mock chroot without incident. I had to be careful not to catch feature metapackages from the old rand 0.9 in the stable repos. I didn’t find any glaring issues.
I successfully rebuilt uv in a local mock chroot with epel-testing repos enabled. Many of these packages are in its dependency tree. Then I rebuilt rust-snapbox and rust-sequoia-openpgp. That should cover nearly all of the packages in this update.
