Bodhi is disabling automatic push to stable due to negative karma. The maintainer may push manually if they determine that the issue is not severe.
Indeed, can confirm this — not using mpich on my end. It seems this was already broken in the last upload / current stable, while this version here certainly fixes one of the dependency issues from the current stable (which is why I provided karma):
