• poi-tracker: triage-retired subcommand — closes open release-monitoring bugs for inventoried packages that are retired on a dist-git branch. Walks the inventory, checks Pagure for a dead.package marker on --branch (default rawhide), closes matching open upstream-release-monitoring bugs as CLOSED/CANTFIX with a short comment. Flags: --package / --start-from / --end-with bound the run, --claim sets assigned_to on each close, --dry-run / --yes for previewing / unattended runs. Network reads retry 3x with exponential backoff.

• sandogasa-hattrack: local time + weekend + holiday signal — discourse and last-seen now show the user's local time derived from their IANA timezone (sourced from FAS and Discourse independently), name the country via tzdb's zone1970.tab, flag whether it is the weekend there, and call out any nationwide public holiday on that date via the Nager.Date API. Holiday data is cached at $XDG_CACHE_HOME/sandogasa-hattrack/holidays/ so repeat lookups never hit the network. When FAS and Discourse advertise different timezones, both rows are shown with their source attached.

• sandogasa-hattrack: ANSI colour + service filtering — new global flags --color, --working-hours, --no-holidays, --refresh-holidays, --now, --tz-source. last-seen also gains --skip / --only to omit specific services from the scan, useful for skipping the slow HyperKitty mailing-list pass when a user does not post to lists.

• sandogasa-fasjson: timezone field on FasUser (breaking) — added pub field timezone: Option<String> to FasUser. Code that constructs FasUser via a struct literal must add timezone: None; code that only reads fields is unaffected.

• sandogasa-distgit: DistGitClient::is_retired(package, branch) — new presence probe for dead.package markers (200 = retired, 404 = live).
