Update to 3.x, major cleanup and refactor.

Fixes kernel modules disappearing if both an updated DKMS module package and a new kernel are in the same YUM/DNF transaction.
Support CC=clang and LD=ld.lld for module building if they are detected in the target kernel source/binary.
