Update Fedora Flatpak runtime and SDK to Fedora 36 version. Major difference when compared to Fedora 35 version is the inclusion of ffmpeg in the runtime.

I have tested a few gnome builds from koji, like: gnome-clocks, gnome-text-editor, gnome-weather.
A quick run of the firefox build seems to work as well. Also did a local build of a flatpak against it which also works.

Works well. I've tried the following apps: * baobab * eog * evince * calculator * calendar * characters * clocks * maps * weather
Not sure if it is known or relevant but all of them didn't respect the dark mode.
