Updated flatpak runtime and SDK, including latest Fedora 40 security and bug-fix errata.
In particular, this runtime update includes new Qt 6.7 version (see FEDORA-2024-c9a2438d21 for details), which required a stellarium rebuild against the new Qt version, which is also included here.
