This release fixes perl (a mismatch with the recursive subpatterns, sv_collxfrm macro to respect locale, an iterator signedness in handling a mro exception, a code flow in Perl_sv_inc_nomg()), and perl-CPAN (run-require complete perl). It also enhances perl-Digest (adds a support for SHA-3 digests, modernizes a code), perl-Module-CoreList (provides data about Perl 5.33.2), and perl-Pod-Usage (updates a documentation, modernizes a code).
