This release fixes perl (an integer overflow in handling a relative capture group number, handling UTF-8 length magic for a scalar reverse() call, a missing magic and value when index() call is used as a left-value, preloading utf8_heavy.pl by Safe module), perl-CPAN (fixes a documentation), perl-Encode (encoding to and from a GSM0338 character set), perl-ExtUtils-MakeMaker (the tests and linkink with a cygwin toolchain), and perl-File-Path (removes a debuggging warning). It also enhances perl-Archive-Tar (stop using a deprecated syntax), perl-Compress-Bzip2 (up-to-date version string), perl-Module-CoreList (data about Perl 5.32.0, and 5.33.0), perl-Module-Load-Conditional (stop using indirect method calls), and perl-Socket (better tests).
