bugfix update in Fedora 27 for evolution-data-server

Fixes an issue with Google accounts, which can fail to refresh expired access token, which leads to errors about the account being in offline mode.

After installing this update it is required that you logout of your current user session and log back in to ensure the changes supplied by this update are applied properly.
