Please update to these builds, they fixed runtime issues:
Did they build it with Vulkan support this time?

I pushed it to stable now, it already received enough karma.

Both this update, containing qt5-qtwebengine-5.15.1-1.fc33, and the qt5-qtwebengine-5.15.0-4.fc33 update FEDORA-2020-631ad787f2 were pushed to stable when the Fedora 33 beta freeze was lifted. Unfortunately that update was pushed a few seconds after, and is therefore the one that is in Fedora 33 now:
This leads to that qt5-qtwebengine is not installable in Fedora 33 - as reported by e.g. koschei:
Please retag qt5-qtwebsockets-5.15.1-1.fc33 into f33, so that it gets a later timestamp than qt5-qtwebengine-5.15.0-4.fc33.
cut and paste error, I meant: Please retag qt5-qtwebengine-5.15.1-1.fc33 into f33, so that it gets a later timestamp than qt5-qtwebengine-5.15.0-4.fc33.
Same is true for qt5-qtwebkit
Please retag qt5-qtwebkit-5.212.0-0.52.alpha4.fc33 into f33, so that it gets a later timestamp than qt5-qtwebkit-5.212.0-0.51.alpha4.fc33.
Please tag the correct version of qt5-qtwebengine to f33 build overrides.
This tag problem is causing conflicts on todays updates here on my setup...
